• Located in Liuyang City, Hunan Province, China. The printing industry is an interesting industry. On one hand, it is highly modern and advanced, with millions or even tens of millions of printing machines. On the other hand, it has a primitive side, such as plate printing and screen printing.

We are accustomed to beautifully printed books. However, in daily life, we often come across poorly printed items that are not mass-produced. They are made with incorrect materials and processes. In the industrial era, a machine could produce thousands of products in an hour. But when the market demand is small or specific, and not suitable for mass production, few manufacturers invest resources and effort to improve the products. That's why we end up with flimsy, difficult-to-apply, and bubble-prone keyboard stickers. The producers simply use a slightly modified inkjet printer originally used in factories to make stickers, and these machines cannot print on thicker materials. Moreover, printing on thicker materials requires completely different equipment and processes.

With the development of the printing industry, we can print on various materials and objects. Printing techniques and materials are constantly evolving. However, these developments often happen vertically. For example, experts in printing paper products may not be proficient in printing on PVC/PET/BOPP. These are the opportunities and starting points I see for entrepreneurship.

We start with shortcut stickers and then focus on printing products such as cars, motorcycles, and signage that are not suitable for mass production. It is a small industry, and we may not achieve significant growth or become a large company. However, I believe that when we can solve problems that others cannot and create better products than others, it gives meaning to our existence.
